BORACAY FOREVER

It never ceases to amaze me how Boracay Island attracts as many tourists from all over the world all year round. Sometimes you have to book at least 6 months earlier just to avail of their best priced accommodation and flight offers.  I have been in and out of this island for almost 6 months now because of some small scale business deals. In each of those trips, I have observed that be it wet or dry season, the number of people coming in and out of this island is incredibly high in count! Most of the popular hotels are always fully booked and never stop upgrading their establishments. Each room they offer is sinfully expensive especially those that are located fronting the beach from Station 1 to 3. You can only find cheaper bookings by making do of those apartments and townhouses that are located 10 to 15 minutes ride to the entrance of the beach area. I need not say more for you to understand why... Just browse on the pictures I shared with you here...and you'll know why...

Those boats you see are the ones transporting the passengers from Boracay Island to Caticlan. Boat ride is 10 to 15 minutes only.  For those taking the long trip via Roro or Ferry, here is where they will be boarding their rides to their respective destinations.

This secluded part of the island is my favorite. Nearby hotels are: Shangrila, Sol Marina, and soon to open by 2016 is Crimson Resort & Spa

 Most of those who are staying along Station 2 & 3 and want a little bit of privacy- rent boats to get to this part of the island.

The white tent you see is still empty. But by late afternoon, massage beds will be put under it in a long line. An accredited association runs this and massage service are offered to visitors for a fee of P400~P500 for a 2-hour massage service. Heaven!!
